I go in on Monday for a MUGA scan of my heart. That's to see how it's functioning after all these chemo treatments, as well as to see if I'm healthy enough to take on the Herceptin I'm scheduled to receive on Wednesday. Herceptin is supposed to be potentially hard on the heart muscle, so they'll keep a close watch on me from here on out.
I'm so blessed to be so healthy right now. I truly feel great 90 percent of the time. I'm able to take care of my kids (with the help of great friends to relieve me every once in a while). And I can care for Tolan, even with the middle of the night feedings! I know I'm being watched over and my family is receiving great blessings this year. We thank you all for your continued prayers.
