I had my follow up appointment this morning for my surgery. Dr. Patterson told me that they biopsied the tissue and found no trace of cancer at all! Yea!!! Cancer free!I still have to go through radiation just because that's the regime, and it will catch any possible weird stray cells if any exist at all, (though it's very unlikely). So I'm officially in the clear!
I'll hold off on the party, though, till after I'm completely done with everything -- that will be the best reason to celebrate! Yipee!
