Third and final phase!

I had my radiation consultation Wednesday and my CT scan Friday. The good news - I had a complete response to the chemo, so I only need the minimum doses of radiation. The bad news -- that's still 33 treatments!! I'll go in every day (except Sat and Sun), for 33 days to get a small dose of the good stuff.
I've also been tattoo-ed! They gave me three small tattoo dots to serve as markers so I can be placed in exactly the same position for each treatment. Two are under my armpits and one is in the center of my chest -- a little souvenir of 2008 for me to keep!
The side effects are minimal -- fatigue (what's new), and skin irritation/burning at the site. I'm actually not nervous about this at all anymore -- the sooner it starts, the sooner it will be over!
