Well, it was inevitable! After being around a coughing two year old all week last week, I was bound to get sick. I'm feeling very achy and stuffy right now.I went to the ob/gyn yesterday morning and he prescribed antibiotics to prevent any infection (that would be bad). I don't have a temperature right now, and we're hoping to keep it that way. I just feel wiped out!
Baby's doing well, and we're on track for delivery on the 19th!

I don't know about you but I always felt like the germs that Lexi brought home to me were extra "tough" on me if I happened to catch the same thing!!!...what took her two or three days to recover from took us a week !!!...hopefully the antibiotics will help you recover more quickly ....I am here if you need ANYTHING !!! clothes washed, a meal , child care etc...I am glad that the baby is doing well ..the 19th will be here in no time...I remember this countdown of days from my pregnancy...hopefully the achy and stuffy feelings will subside quickly...I am just two doors down ...take advantage of it !! we love you and pray for you..Jessica
Goodness gracious! I feel for you! We have had colds and coughs around here as well, and I finally caught what they had. I have felt so weak and tired. I can't even imagine how you are feeling. You are amazing. We are thinking of you. Can't wait until the 19th. love ya tons, francys
That stinks. Well, at least you know that in a couple of weeks you can check pregnancy off of your list of physical conditions to endure! (sorry, probably not much consolation..). I think you should take Jessica up on her offer for some laundry and childcare. :)

I am so sorry that you are sick but hopefully by now you are feeling much better. Not too much longer before you new arrival is here.
I graduated Nursing School on Tuesday. Spending a week at the beach for relaxing and then I'll be back to work and getting ready for boards. I will be working as a nurse at CMC-Northeast once I pass my boards.
